As a full service interior design and construction firm, our team can communicate, design, and build projects more efficiently. Both function together as one team in a single contractual entity to the owner; one unified flow of work from initial concept through completion.

FC&D is accountable for the entire project, including how the end result looks, the costs, and its timely completion. Our construction team is led by Tom DeFresco and Annmarie Ruta who oversee all facets of your project. The project is supported by a construction manager who establishes a critical path schedule.

Our staff of professionals work with subcontractors, equipment suppliers, manufacturers and installers to develop comprehensive development and construction schedules.
